The last time I posted an update it was called Autumn Update! And so, since it is February, why not call it Winter Update! First off, I hope everyone had great holidays and great new years, but most importantly, consumed great beers!
We have some fun stuff going on in the next few months. We are going to be taking part in the Blue Point Cask Ale Festival on April 13, 2013. We participated last year and it was a blast! Can’t wait for it this year and we will have some details soon. We are aiming to hold some tasting events over the next few months. We don’t have the details yet, but I will keep you posted on that.
Beers. The beers keep coming because we keep brewing them. We here at Squirrel Tail have a strict brewing schedule of brewing a 5 gallon batch once a week year-round! We keep to this because we feel it is important to improve recipes and try new ones. Below are a few pictures for ya of what we have been up to the past few months:

Ok, last but not least, our fellow brewer and chef, Sean is just about to graduate from culinary school. He has worked super hard and we are super proud of him! Great job, Sean!
